There are some fiction books about “twice fallen” angels. The Bible says nothing about such beings. In fact, it would not make biblical sense. If these angels were fallen from heaven, and if hell is created for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41), what would prompt God to cast them out of hell as well? After all, it is God and not Satan that would make that decision. Satan is in no position to do so.
